The Valentine’s Day evening kicks off with welcome cocktails and light bites prior to the sumptuous four-course dinner. The intimate dinner, located by the pool, is complete with live saxophone and violin music to compliment the dinner of lobster and avocado Catalana followed by fresh Tagliatelle, tuna with tomato confit and a mouth watering dessert of soft chocolate cake with rum-raisin ice cream and vanilla sauce.
